Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon

Rich and toasty, Willett Pot Still Reserve is a mean single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon. Aged for between eight and ten years.
Luscious butterscotch notes are the early trail to the finish, which has deep chocolate tones, floral spiciness that lingers, and a hint of pepper. Aged in charred barrels for eight to ten years, Willett Pot Still Reserve is an excellent whiskey for cocktails or sipping neat.
Single barrel bourbons are known for capturing the flavor of the climate, season and warehouse in which they were stored. No two bottles of Willett Pot Still Reserve are exactly alike. The taste of each barrel is somewhat unique.
TASTING NOTES
Nose is "vanilla lemon cake." The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus. I'm not sure if they made the opulent bottle to match the Whiskey or vice versa.
