Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish you could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) become damaged in transit, make sure to notify us within 30 days of receiving the order, so we can help you.

Do I need to be over the age of 21 to place an order

YES - You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcohol, and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.

Is Alcohol Delivery Legal?

Craft Spirit Shop has all the necessary licensing to operate legally, with licensed contracts ensuring 100% authenticity.

Can we not include pricing or receipt?

Invoices and packing slips do not include pricing. Refer to order confirmation email for receipt.

Product Photo & Gift Box?

We strive to keep our product photos up to date, but the delivered product may not always match the photograph. Always rely on the product title and description for accuracy, not the images.

If you receive a bottle with a completely different name than listed, please contact us. Distillers frequently update bottle designs, so check the distiller's website for the latest look.

Packaging may not always be included, as some distributors do not provide it. However, if the product title specifies "with Gift Box" or "with Wood Box," those items are guaranteed to be included.

Recent supply chain challenges have caused production and packaging shortages. If your order arrives damaged, contact us—we’ll do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee the condition of packages during transit.

Pre-Order Items

Why does my pre-order say "shipped" when tracking shows no movement?
Great question! Your item isn't shipped until the release date listed in the item description (though there may be rare exceptions). Here's how our pre-order process works:

  1. You place your order.
  2. We process it and generate a tracking number, which triggers an email saying your order has "shipped." (This just means you're in line for shipment once the item is in stock.)
  3. When the pre-order item arrives, we pack and ship your order.

Because of high demand, it may take 1-5 business days to ship after the release date. Once shipped, tracking will update and show a delivery timeframe—exciting, it's on its way! Make sure someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery.

Can you ship my in-stock items first and the pre-order later?
No, we ship orders as a single package. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together once the pre-order item is available.

Shipping protection

Why Choose Shipping Protection?
Shipping protection is an important service when ordering from Craft Spirit Shop. It ensures your order is safely shipped and delivered to your address, giving you peace of mind.

With shipping protection, you're covered for any pre-delivery issues. If your order encounters a problem before being confirmed as delivered (via the tracking number), you're entitled to a full refund. Once the order is marked as delivered, our responsibility ends. To avoid complications, please select a secure delivery location and collect your order promptly after delivery.

If you opt out of shipping protection, standard protections still apply, but Craft Spirit Shop cannot assist with delivery issues. In such cases, you’ll need to contact the shipping company directly to resolve the matter.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Adult Signature is required upon receipt of the product.
No Returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. It could take upto 5+ days to fulfill an order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information (in some cases the tracking is delayed due to sync times).
You may experience slight leakage issues and in some cases issues with wax (specific bottles) with some orders.
Not all packaging is as seen on the sight (please Contact Us) for clarificaiton. If your order comes with a box we will do our best to get it to you in the best possible condition.
We do not accept returns on alcohol, although if your item qualifies for a return please note shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

If we discover that what we shipped you was an error on our part it is up to you to ship the order back to us and we will re-inburse you for the shipping charges as well as whatever was returned.
