Redwood Empire Grizzly Beast Bourbon

Aged in the temperate climate of the Northern Californian coast, this original distillate was not altered, only altered by the addition of pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. This is the purest expression of Redwood Empire Grizzly Beast Bourbon.

For those who appreciate the craftsmanship and delight of sipping bourbon, we invite you to taste this rare whiskey, bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. The result is a smooth, complex spirit with woody and earthy notes accented by sweet vanilla and caramel aromas.
