Knob Creek 2001 Edition Bourbon Whiskey
Knob Creek 2001 Edition Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is a limited-edition bottling produced in honor of the late Booker Noe and his legacy, and in celebration of the history behind Knob Creek’s creation. This ultra-rare small batch was distilled in 2001, aged 14 years before its release, and presents a myriad of flavors including caramel, cinnamon, gingerbread, cocoa and black pepper.
To honor the legacy of his father, Fred Noe set aside the finest barrels of Knob Creek he’d ever made. After fourteen years in charred new oak casks, these limited-edition barrels produced a bold and nuanced bourbon unlike any other.
Knob Creek 2001 Edition features aromas of charred oak, vanilla, caramel and cooking spices. The palate is perfectly balanced between sweet and spicy, with notes of cream and nutmeg leading to a warm, complex finish.
