We start by taking the liquid we extract from our barrels, blending it with extra-aged Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, and bottling it at 90 proof to create a premium bourbon. We call this delicious liquid Devil's Cut because it comes from deep within the barrels and often has more wood-to-wood character, which creates a bolder whiskey.
