Glenfiddich 21 Year Winter Storm Experimental Whisky

Glenfiddich Winter Storm is a limited, experimental whisky matured in single malt grain distillate that has been enhanced by the addition of oak icewine casks from the Canadian winery, Niagara-on-the-Lake. Only the rarest whiskies can cope with such intensity.

Glenfiddich Winter Storm is an experimental whisky created by Glenfiddich’s Malt Master Brian Kinsman, who wanted to explore how whiskies aged for different lengths of time and in different styles of casks react and interact with each other.

TASTING NOTES

Color:
Golden.

Nose:
A Bouquet of tropical fruit and candied sweets are perfectly balanced with underlying wine notes.

Taste:
Soft sweet notes reminiscent of candied fruit and Turkish delight develop into flavors of mouth watering lychee. The fusion of sweet flavors is soon met with a rich drying sensation from the Icewine.

Finish:
Short and crisp.
