Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel is a hand crafted, small batch bourbon that is a blend of straight bourbons finished in oak barrels for between 4 and 7 years. After spending time in toasted new oak barrels, our bourbon picks up a deep amber color with sweet toasty notes.
