Del Maguey San Luis Del Rio Mezcal is hand-crafted by hand-crafting the tropical riverbed in the village of San Luis Del Rio where the Red Ant River flows. 100% agave Espadín grown agave is harvested from local growers using a non-selective method, which allows each plant to reach maturity at its own pace.
Natural fermentation and double distillation happened in wood fired copper stills twice. The result is a nose of pineapple, bright citrus and mangoes plus cocoa, dried chiles, salinity and cigar smoke on the palate with a long finish of fruit that leaves you wanting more.
