CHIVAS SPICED ORANGE HIGHBALL

INGREDIENTS
1 part Chivas 18
1.5 parts orange and cinnamon tea
1.5 parts soda water Orange zest, to garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT
1. To make the orange and cinnamon tea, bring water to boil, add orange slices and cinnamon and infuse for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Strain off the ingredients, add sugar, and stir until dissolved.
3. Pour Chivas 18 and cooled orange and cinnamon tea into a highball glass.
4. Add ice all the way to the top and add soda.
5. Give a small stir to blend ingredients.
6. Add another cube of ice (if needed) to make sure the ice is tight and compact.
7. Garnish with orange zest.
8. Serve.
