We've been distilling our smooth Single Malt Whiskey in Antrim since 1608. We think we're due a break, so we're sending our 21 year old over to whip your senses into shape. The very pinnacle of Irish whiskey, Bushmills 21 year old is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry casks. Then it's married with more sherry-casked whiskey, just to give it some practice. The result? A rich, rounded Irish whiskey with a finish as long as the line at the outlet.
