Boulard VSOP Calvados is a Calvados from Pays d'Auge Produced from as many as 120 different apple varieties, this burnished amber Calvados has a richness reminiscent of fine Cognac. The nose is light and fresh, rounded by a bouquet of flowers, balsamic herbs and spices that come from the wood aging process. The palate is fruity with a hint of anise. The finish is long and soft.
