Booker's 2024-01 Springfield Batch Bourbon
Booker’s Batch 2024-01 “Springfield Batch” is the first release of the Booker’s Bourbon 2024 Collection, crafted in honor of the small town in central Kentucky where Booker Noe was born and raised.
Dad was a natural storyteller, captivating audiences with tales of how Booker’s Bourbon came to be. One of his favorite stories took place in Chicago. Served a so-called "country ham" that didn’t meet his standards, Booker had his own genuine country ham fetched from the trunk of his car, sharing it with the chef and diners, leaving everyone laughing.
Most people assume Dad hailed from Bardstown, the Bourbon Capital of the World, but his roots were firmly planted in Springfield, Ky. This small rural town, about 18 miles down the road, was a farming community when Dad was young. Long before he became a legendary Master Distiller, he learned the value of hard work as a farmhand in Springfield.
Springfield is also known as the starting point of Abraham Lincoln’s legacy. But for us, it’s Dad’s stories and his deep connection to this town that stand out. Even after moving away, he frequently returned for family dinners, holidays, and the Noe family reunion.
Booker’s Batch 2024-01 “Springfield Batch” is a heartfelt tribute to those roots. Non-chill filtered and bottled at barrel strength, this bourbon embodies the spirit of hard work and home. Enjoy this batch, crafted with the same dedication and love that Booker had for his hometown. Here’s to honoring traditions and making new memories with each sip.
