The agave is grown in the Sierra Norte mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico, and is hand-harvested and cooked in traditional stone ovens. The corn is grown in the same region and is hand-picked and milled using traditional methods. The whiskey is then aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of two years.
