Redbreast 15 is a whiskey to be savored as much as enjoyed. It's a smooth, complex and full-bodied single grain Irish whiskey from the Cooley Distillery in Ireland. It's comprised exclusively of Pot Still whiskeys aged in ex-bourbon barrels for at least 15 years and then finished in Oloroso Sherry casks.
Made exclusively from Pot Still whiskeys, Redbreast 15 Year Old is a blend of single pot still whiskeys ranging in age from 10 to 15 years. Made with a mash of malted and un-malted barley, it is triple distilled in copper pot stills before being matured in Oloroso Sherry casks for the final 12 months.
