We made Silent Pool Gin because we wanted to create something different and new. We love the freshness, the layers of flavour and the way that you can have it straight, or mixed with your favourite tonic. It is the perfect companion for a special drink in a beautiful environment - enjoy it on Boxing Day, or at Easter in one of our pubs. Clarity and depth of flavour - that's what we're all about.'

Introducing a new gin made in London. Silent Pool Gin is like no other. The distiller uses only the finest ingredients to create a blend of 24 botanicals. The piney top notes lead to a smooth and full bodied recipe, while the lemon zest character delivers fresh clarity.

TASTING NOTES

Nose
The fragrance is a bouquet of floral wonder with notes of lavender and leafy roses followed by a light pine and spice.

Taste
The flavor profile builds on the aroma, adding gorgeous elderflower, citrus zest, orange blossoms, chamomile tea, autumn cobblers, and a splash of spice.

Finish
The finish is long and very fresh.
