We made Silent Pool Gin because we wanted to create something different and new. We love the freshness, the layers of flavour and the way that you can have it straight, or mixed with your favourite tonic. Introducing a new gin made in London. Silent Pool Gin is like no other. The distiller uses only the finest ingredients to create a blend of 24 botanicals. The piney top notes lead to a smooth and full bodied recipe, while the lemon zest character delivers fresh clarity.

Nose
The fragrance is a bouquet of floral wonder with notes of lavender and leafy roses followed by a light pine and spice.

Taste
The flavor profile builds on the aroma, adding gorgeous elderflower, citrus zest, orange blossoms, chamomile tea, autumn cobblers, and a splash of spice.

Finish
The finish is long and very fresh.

The Salty Dog

1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. grapefruit zest, plus 4 oz. fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice, strained
1/4 tsp. coriander (optional)
1 wedge sliced grapefruit, for rim and garnish
Ice cubes
1 1/2 oz. London dry gin

Place the sea salt, zest, and coriander, if using, on a small saucer. Rub the salt, zest, and coriander together with your fingers until well blended.
Rub the rim of a highball glass with the slice of grapefruit to wet it. Next, press the glass rim into the zest, salt, and coriander mixture to stick to the rim.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the gin over the ice. Pour the grapefruit juice over the ice and stir gently using a cocktail spoon. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and serve.
