Widow Jane The Vaults Aged 15 Years Bourbon is a special limited release of our rarest & oldest bourbons. It is mostly distilled from local organic grains, and finished in casks from the Adirondacks for over a decade. Named after a family of bold women who lived in the area before it became known as the Hudson Valley.

We are proud to present Widow Jane The Vaults, an incredibly rare fifteen year old bourbon. The whiskey was finished in casks from the Adirondack Mountains before coming to our distillery at the northernmost point of New York State to be bottled without filtration or additives.
