Rosaluna Mezcal Joven is a handcrafted mezcal made with only three ingredients: 8-year-old agave, water, and love. It is distilled in the rolling hills of Santiago, Matatlán—the heartland of mezcal in Oaxaca, Mexico.
The agave is roasted in an underground oven for 72 hours, then crushed by hand and fermented with wild yeast. The resulting liquid is distilled twice in copper pot stills.
