Penelope Toasted Series Bourbon

Dive into the world of Penelope Toasted Series Straight Bourbon Whiskey, where unpredictability is not a flaw but a feature, making every sip a unique encounter.

Unpredictability is usually seen as a flaw, but in the world of Penelope Toasted Series Straight Bourbon Whiskey, it's the ultimate feature. Here, the whims of toasted barrels forge a spectrum of flavors that are as unique as a snowflake and as complex as an opal.

Starting with our signature blend, matured to perfection in charred new American oak barrels, we take it one step further. A second maturation in freshly toasted barrels imbues each bottle with unpredictable notes of vanilla and a medley of other flavors that can vary from one bottle to the next.
