Madre Mezcal Espadin is a single varietal mezcal exploration, allowing the full spectrum flavor of this wild agave to shine through, adding complexity and depth for a unique drinking experience.

From the moment it blooms until the time it is harvested, the Espadin agave spends three years of its natural life in the sun. It’s this intense exposure to light and heat that gives our single varietal mezcal its vibrant color, bold flavor, and creamy body.

Over the course of seventy-eight days and five distillations, only the sugar-rich heart hearts are harvested, resulting in an aroma so strong you’ll think your glass is filled with honey and an exceptionally smooth taste that has its own earthy sweetness.
