Laws Four Grain Bourbon

Laws Four grain bourbon is a unique, premium craft spirit. It starts with heirloom varietals of wheat, barley, and rye that are grown on two Colorado family farms. Then our painstaking recipe brings each grain's individual character to life, while open-air sour mash adds a soulful complexity. The result? A uniquely smooth, high-altitude flavor that's unlike any other American whiskey.

After two Colorado family farms grow our heirloom varietals of wheat, barley and rye, our labor-intensive cooking technique brings each grain’s individual character to life. After three years in 53-gallon charred oak barrels influenced by our high-altitude climate, an entirely novel bourbon unfolds.
