Heaven's Door Straight is produced in a centuries-old method called "solera aging", where the bourbon is racked from one wood barrel to another, gradually acquiring its rich color and flavor. This technique mimics how fine sherry, made from the semi-dry white wines of Spain, gets its deep amber color and smooth finish. It is a complex sipping whiskey that offers a lasting spice and fruit character with a hint of sweetness that will continue to mature in the glass over time.

Distilled and aged its entire life in Tennessee, this whiskey is non-chill filtered to preserve its mature flavors. The result is smooth and lasting with notes of vanilla and baking spices layered over a bed of toasted oak.
