Crafted from a blend of more than fifty eaux-de-vie, each of which have been selected by our team of Maîtres de chais from amongst the rarest, most sought-after grapes cultivated in the Charente region, D’USSÉ XO is presented in a signature bottle wrapped with an ornate label featuring the Chateau de Cogn

Our Maître de Chai, Michel Casavecchia, meticulously hand-selects the rarest eaux-de-vie — some of which have rested for years in the cellars of the Chateau de Cognac — to craft the unique blend of D’USSÉ XO Cognac. Aged a minimum of ten years, the eaux-de-vie rest in French oak barrels to ensure the utmost complexity and depth in flavor. D’USSÉ XO Cognac delivers rich notes of ripe blackberry and apricot, layered with hints of dark chocolate and walnut, culminating in an exceptionally balanced finish. D’USSÉ XO is best enjoyed neat but can also be the delicious key ingredient in many premium cocktails.
