Handcrafted on the edge of a high valley in the remote village of Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, Mexico, Del Maguey Wild Papalome is an ultra-pure single-village mezcal made in extremely small quantities by Maestro Mezcalero Don a’nastacio Martinez Hernandez. It comes from Tobala, Barril and Cuishe agaves grown at 7,000 feet above sea level, giving it a rich texture and aromas of cinnamon and chocolate.
