TASTING NOTES

Color
A deep amber color with rich red undertone. Clear and bright.

Palate
Well rounded and smooth with body and character. Perceived sweetness of toffee and vanilla balanced with peach, cocoa and cloves.

Nose
The sophisticated sweetness of red and dried fruits, raisins and dates, complement a spicy woodiness, with hints of cinnamon.

Aftertaste
Remarkably long-lasting and elegant, with a hint of honey.

Ingredients:
30ml Brugal 1888
10ml Campari
15ml Sweet vermouth (infused with vanilla pod)
Glass: Rocks
Ice: Ice cube
Garnish: Discarded orange peel and a vanilla pod

Method:
Add all ingredients and simply stir over ice and add a vanilla pod as a garnish.
Spray orange zest on top of the drink using orange peel for citrus finish.
