Bernheim Wheat Whiskey

The very first straight wheated American whiskey introduced since Prohibition, Bernheim Original Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey has an aroma of caramelized oranges, grapes, and hints of honey. The finish is long and soft with a lingering wheat graininess. Neat or over ice, it is delicious on its own. It also works wonderfully in many cocktails due to its soft mouth feel that makes it easy to mix with other flavors like citrus and bitters.

Bernheim’s original straight wheat whiskey has a soft and mellow character. The flavor is delicate and pleasantly sweet, almost fruity, with a gentle hint of caramel that results from aging in new charred oak barrels. The smooth finish is never tiring to the palate.
