This whiskey is dedicated to Mortimer Whistlepig, our deceased Kune Kune pig mascot and namesake. Mortimer’s physical monument will be the “Spirit of Mortimer”, a flying pig chiseled by hand by Danforth Pewter Works right down the road from us in Vermont.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE:
Bright and lively with rye spice on the nose accompanied by rich toffee, raisin, baking spice, and black peppercorn with hints of anise and tobacco spice.
PALATE:
Full-bodied with with warming rye hits immediately followed by a sweet and spicy notes of vanilla and oak underneath.
FINISH:
Hints of brown sugar dance in the background with touches of dried stone fruit, butterscotch, maple, and caramel popcorn.
