Straight out of the golden era of American distilling, WhistlePig brings the first Shackleton Reserve Rye Whiskey to market. This rye whiskey - aged for 10 years - is distilled from 100% rye, twice as much as your average rye whiskey. We went back to our original whiskey stock and used aging techniques that delivered an incredibly complex flavor profile with bold notes of pepper and sweet spices.
