We started with our Straigh Rye Whiskey, and added essential flavors of a classic old fashioned cocktail. We did not use any artificial flavorings: only natural ingredients like Rock Candy, raw honey, navel oranges and Angostura Bitters. Slow & Low is the perfect balance of smooth rye whiskey and sweet citrus notes, served cold to capture all the herbal aromatic flavors and at just the right proof for true slow sipping.
Rock & Rye is considered AMerica’s Original Bottled Cocktail and its roots stretch back to the early 1800s when barkeeps in saloons would serve a shot of Rye Whiskey with a small bowl of rock candy.
