Evan Williams Single Barrel is the only vintage dated single barrel Bourbon on the market. Similar to the way vintage wines are selected, our distillers hand-pick only the best barrels to be set aside as Single Barrel. Each barrel is tasted and evaluated before bottling, ensuring that only the finest flavors make it into each bottle. The selected barrels are then bottled and labeled with a vintage date to indicate the year that particular barrel was filled.
Our master distillers have identified barrels that have been aging in our rackhouses for up to 10 years and, when reaching peak maturity, are bottled as vintage-dated Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbons.
