The rye, grown under the watchful eye of seasoned farmers, adds a spicy complexity, while the malted barley introduces a gentle sweetness, creating a harmonious balance.

Upon pouring, you'll be greeted with a rich, amber color that hints at the depth of flavor awaiting your palate. Savor the aroma of baked apple, cinnamon, and oak, which gradually unfolds into a tapestry of flavors. Each sip delivers a bold blend of warm spices, followed by a smooth vanilla finish, reflecting the meticulous process and time dedicated to perfecting each batch.
