Our special process condenses and filters the exposed liquid through redwood tanks to give it a smooth, creamy feeling. Savory and full-bodied, Pipe Dream Bourbon makes for a fine sipping bourbon neat or on the rocks. This bourbon gets its name from the world's tallest living tree, the Hyperion redwood. The tree stands 379 feet tall -- and that height, multiplied by 149 gallons, is the bottle capacity of Redwood Empire's Pipe Dream Bourbon.

Powerful nose with sweet maple, vanilla, and a hint of honey.

PALATE:
Rich, deep and complex with roasted pecan, vanilla, and lingering char and woody notes. Smooth with a hint of black pepper on the finish.

2 OZ REDWOOD EMPIRE PIPE DREAM BOURBON
1.5 OZ COLD BREW COFFEE CONCENTRATE
1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
2 DASHES CHOCOLATE BITTERS
SALTED MAPLE WHIPPED CREAM

Add bourbon, cold brew, simple syrup and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a tall collins glass. Pour salted-maple whip cream on top. Garnish with ground coffee. Salted Maple Whipped Cream: Add 4 oz of heavy cream, 1 oz of pure maple syrup and 1/8 tsp of salt to a bowl. Whip mixture with a whisk or electric mixer until it thickens but can still be poured on top.
