2 OZ REDWOOD EMPIRE EMERALD GIANT WHISKEY
1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
4 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS
2 DASHES PEYCHAUD’S BITTERS
BAR SPOON OF ABSINTHE

Put bar spoon of absinthe in a chilled coupe and set aside. Combine all other ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice and stir for 30-40 seconds. Dump absinthe out of glass and strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with a fresh lemon twist and serve.
