400 Conejos Oaxaca Espadin Joven Mezcal is named after the ancestral belief that agave spirits were occupied by 400 rabbits. Those who ingested the agave spirits would be controlled by those same rabbits. With 100% Blue Agave, and a mash bill of the wild mesquite variety, this mezcal is created from our own distillery, using traditional methods. The result – a powerful Mezcal full of character that is still clean and smooth to enjoy neat or mixed into any cocktail.

TASTING NOTES
