Galliano Authentico is a perfectly balanced blend of Mediterranean and exotic botanicals. These include juniper berries, caraway seed cloves, cardamon, sandalwood, star anise, cinnamon, sage, thyme, mint and lavender. The base of this highly complex cordial is created from nine component parts. The intricacy of the final recipe remains a guarded secret to this day.

TASTING NOTES
Anise and peppermint are most prominent on the palate when drinking Galliano Autentico. An explosion of fresh herbs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and citrus follows. A lingering taste of smooth vanilla, refreshing peppermint and spice remains.

Appearance:
Brilliant, acid-yellow golden colour with green tinges.

Aroma:
Reminiscent of Tic-Tac peppermint sweets with hints of anise, juniper and delicate vanilla.

Taste:
Anise and peppermint come to the fore. Explodes with fresh herbs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and citrus.

Aftertaste:
Lingering smooth vanilla and refreshing peppermint and spice.

Overall:
