Smoke Wagon Uncut The Younger Bourbon

Smoke Wagon Uncut The Younger Bourbon is a rare and limited release that we decided to make at the end of 2020. We took some of our Straight Bourbon and proofed it down to 86 proof, then put it into a clear bottle with an amber tint. The result is a much younger Uncut but with all of its Bold & Brazen flavors still intact. This is a great way to try a raw uncut batch before aging it in barrels for years!

This is the youngest Bourbon ever released by Smoke Wagon! It has fruity notes of candy and vanilla, with a bold cinnamon spice on the finish. The delicate cherry fruitiness comes from the use of wheat in the mash bill, which contrasts nicely with the more robust wheat flavors in Uncut the Elder. This whiskey would be perfect neat or on rocks.
