Angel's Envy Rye Rum Cask

Angel's Envy Finished Rye Rum Cask Whiskey is aged for a minimum of seven years. We then finish each bottle with a touch of sherry, made from the wine that Angel's Envy master distiller Lincoln Henderson used to toast his parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Angel's Envy finishes flavor has a dark sherried aroma. It has a rich flavor due to the finish and a long warm finish from the rye.

Angel’s Envy spends up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks, resulting in an immensely complex whiskey. The mingling of raw, spicy and earthy rye with the mellow sweetness of rum finishing creates an incomparably smooth and drinkable whiskey, even at 100 proof.
