Spirit Works Sloe Gin is handmade in Graton, California. The nose is bursting with pomegranate and cranberry, while the palate finds ripe sweetness, fresh acidity, and sour cherry. The finish is long, dry and tannic with slight almond notes.
Sloe Gin is a red liqueur delight. Spirit Works starts by distilling the gin base and then macerating the sloe berries in it to give it a robust, sweet, and aromatic character. Serve chilled or on the rocks.
