The Tears of Llorona Extra Añejo uses the Weber Agave Azul to produce this world-class tequila. Requiring a careful combination of patience and care, it is created entirely from Weber Agave grown in the volcanic slopes of Mexico’s highlands, where agaves grow slowly and naturally to achieve a higher starch content.
Tears of Llorona begins with 100% pure Weber Agave Azul, grown in the highlands of Mexico. The Weber blue agave takes time to grow and is carefully selected for its natural starch content. This high starch content gives the tequila its silky smooth finish. The juice is fermented using modern processes, which are used to ensure quality and consistency; while maintaining the tradition that makes this tequila so special: it is made by hand in small batches.
