Don Julio Anejo Tequila

The subtle taste of Don Julio Añejo is a result of oak aging in smaller batches than most tequilas. Our barrels are seasoned with American white oak for eighteen months, allowing the aged Tequila to exceed one year inside the barrel. This longer aging period produces a smoother taste and a darker color.
The finest tequila begins with the best ingredients, harvested by farmer families that have been growing agave for multiple generations. Once distilled it is rested for three months in American white-oak barrels, which gives it a rich amber color and signature smooth taste. With outstanding smoothness, Don Julio Añejo creates the perfect balance of flavors with hints of vanilla and butterscotch.
