El Jolgorio Tobala Mezcal

El Jolgorio Tobala Mezcal is the rarest and most exquisite mezcal in the world. It is made from the wild agave Tobala, which takes 12-15 years to mature. The agave is then slow-roasted in an underground oven, crushed by a mule-drawn tahona, and fermented with natural yeasts. The fermented mash is then distilled twice in copper pot stills.
