Regular price
$99.99
This is Bozal Borrego Sacrificio Mezcal.
Borrego is a region in Mexico, and Bozal means lamb.
Sacrificio means sacrifice, so it's sacrifice lamb mezcal.
A mineral base is offset by an abundance of fruit, herbaceous notes, and nuttiness.
It has a viscous mouthfeel, and a fruit forward mid palate with subtle sweetness.
The finish is smooth with flavors of smoked lamb.
It comes in a beautiful bottle, so you can show it off on your shelf.
