TASTING NOTES

Nose
Bright, crisp and fresh with an uplifting welcome of juniper.

Palate
Juniper to the fore, supported by floral notes and spicy, warm cardamom. Plenty of citrus ‘zing’ complemented by the gingery spiciness of coriander.

The Perfect G&T

Ingredients
50ml No. 3 London Dry Gin
150ml Tonic Water
1 Pink Grapefruit
1 Sprig of Rosemary
Ice

Method
1) Grab a bottle of No.3 Gin and measure out 50 ml into a jug or a jigger (a spirit measure)
2) Pour your gin into a highball glass filled with ice. Measure out 150ml of tonic water and pour into the same glass. Gently stir to combine the gin and tonic ingredients together.
3) Garnish with pink grapefruit & a sprig of rosemary.
