Torabhaig Allt Glean The Legacy Series 2nd Edition is heavily peated Single Malt Whisky made with a mix of Concerto and Laureate malted barley (at 77PPM). Fermented with Pinnacle MG+ and Safspirit M-1 yeasts and aged in a mix of First-Fill Bourbon Barrels and Re-Fill Whisky barrels.
Made from select parcels of casks distilled in 2017 and 2018. Torabhaig Allt Gleann is matured for a minimum of 3 years in refill American oak barrels, with an additional 12 months maturing in First Foudres to enhance its character.
This is the second expression of Torabhaig Single Malt, available from July 2021 under the label ‘Allt Gleann – The Legacy Series’, bottled in small batches drawn from no more than 30 casks each.
