St. George Botanivore Gin was created by master distiller Lance Winters for his wife Niki. She loves gin, but had never had anything that tasted as clean, bright and elegant as the spirit she had in her mind.

So Lance crafted St. George Botanivore Gin to be exactly what he thought she’d love: a way to experience gin afresh and understand its role in cocktails.
