Foursquare Fine Barbados 2005 Single Blended Ex-Bourbon Cask Rum is a blend of aged rums infused with vanilla, chestnut and maple wood. This fine blend from Foursquare Distillery in Barbados that was awarded the Rum Distillery of the Year title in 2016 by International Wine & Spirit Competition.

This Barbados rum is an extremely versatile, unbelievably complex Rum. The phrase 'The Exception' is one reason why it's so famous and loved worldwide.

TASTING NOTES

Nose:
Vanilla, milk chocolate and soft toffee provide a succulent opening which is joined by fizzing white pepper, with touches of ginger and nutmeg underneath.

Taste:
Chocolate and vanilla emerge on the palate, with lemon peel and stone fruits in support. Lively oak and a touch of smoke linger below.

Finish:
Pepper and ginger remain among a hint of lime zest.
